Ramps can be mainly divided into the following types:
Embedded ramps: This type of ramp is embedded in the loading and unloading platform. The main board of the installed ramp is horizontal with the upper plane of the loading and unloading platform, and is completely integrated into the platform, which will not affect other tasks on the platform. Embedded ramps are usually planned in the structural design of the building during design.
Platform-side ramps: It is directly installed at the front edge of the loading and unloading platform, without the need to dig or reserve pits on the loading and unloading platform, and there is basically no change to the building structure. This type of ramp is suitable for places where loading and unloading factors are not considered in advance, and can meet different on-site needs through a variety of structural forms.
Mobile ramps: It is used in places where there is no loading and unloading platform on site or where mobile loading and unloading of goods is required. The mobile ramp is equivalent to a mobile steel ramp, and the forklift can directly drive into the truck compartment for batch loading and unloading operations. This type of boarding bridge only needs one person to operate, does not require power supply, and is easy to operate.
Fixed boarding bridge: This type of boarding bridge is a special auxiliary equipment for rapid loading and unloading of goods. Through the height adjustment function, a bridge is built between the truck and the cargo platform in the warehouse, so that forklifts and other handling vehicles can smoothly enter the truck for batch loading and unloading operations. The fixed boarding bridge only needs one person to operate, which can realize rapid loading and unloading of goods, greatly improving work efficiency.
Static hydraulic boarding bridge: A boarding bridge fixed on the ground, mainly used for cargo handling inside the factory.
Dynamic hydraulic boarding bridge : It can automatically rise or fall when the vehicle is running to adapt to trucks of different heights, conveniently connect with trucks, and enable goods to get on and off the vehicle quickly and safely.
Automatic telescopic hydraulic boarding bridge : It can automatically extend or retract to adapt to trucks of different lengths. Usually driven by an electric motor, it is easy to operate and improves work efficiency.
Hydraulic manual loading ramp: requires manual pushing, but the hydraulic system is used to improve the lifting speed and stability, and is suitable for small factories or warehouses and other occasions.
